SCOOPERS LLC Text Messaging Program
By opting in to receive text messages from SCOOPERS LLC (“SCOOPERS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
Program Description
SCOOPERS may send text messages related to our dog waste removal services, including service reminders, arrival notifications, service-completion alerts, scheduling and rescheduling information, weather-related service updates, billing or account information, customer support communications, quotes, service inquiries, and promotional or marketing messages when you have consented to receive them.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services from SCOOPERS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule, account activity, and interactions with SCOOPERS.
Customers receiving recurring services may receive recurring service-related text notifications.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received through the SCOOPERS text messaging program.
Opting Out
You may stop receiving text messages from SCOOPERS at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
You may also request to stop receiving messages through another reasonable method.
After you opt out, you may receive one final text message confirming your request. You will then no longer receive text messages covered by your opt-out request unless you provide consent again or the communication is otherwise permitted by law.
